the Lion Hotel is a busy 46 bedroom hotel with a restaurant and 2 function rooms. The Kitchen Team are responsible for providing meals to all hotel guests, and external customers, offering breakfast, lunch, and evening meals up to 9pm
the role involves working with a variety of cleaning products
the role involves carry and lifting and working to time constraints
the candidate will need to work to a high standard of cleanliness as well as deliver excellent customer service by providing qood quality meals in a timely manner
Requirements
experience in in a similar role preferable but not essential
good customer services skills
good organisation skills
able to manage and move deliveries
good communication skills
excellent knowledge of food safety
