- the Lion Hotel is a busy 46 bedroom hotel with a restaurant and 2 function rooms. The Kitchen Team are responsible for providing meals to all hotel guests, and external customers, offering breakfast, lunch, and evening meals up to 9pm
- the role involves working with a variety of cleaning products
- the role involves carry and lifting and working to time constraints
- the candidate will need to work to a high standard of cleanliness as well as deliver excellent customer service by providing qood quality meals in a timely manner
Requirements
- experience in in a similar role preferable but not essential
- good customer services skills
- good organisation skills
- able to manage and move deliveries
- good communication skills
- excellent knowledge of food safety
