Responsibility

  • the Linden is a trendy Restaurant & Bar with a courtyard terrace and 9 individually designed bedrooms located in Stansted, Essex
  • we are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced head chef to join our small but experienced team
  • previous experience in the kitchen environment are required
  • shifts and duties - breakfast, lunch or dinner service, food prep, sorting out deliveries, kitchen cleaning duties etc
  • team enabler encouraging a culture of learning and development, talent retention and attraction
  • hospitality Kitchen leader with a high-end pub and or restaurant, small events and small hotel experience
  • developing menus using fresh ingredients to create contemporary innovative dishes whilst delivering on margin
  • impeccable culinary skills, presentation and attention to detail to deliver the highest quality food of the correct portion size and temperature

Requirements

  • head chef: 1 year
