Working hours
- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- processing all aspects of customer transactions using Xero software
- assisting management with all other aspects of the finance function including maintaining membership accounts and liaising with patients
- assisting colleagues with queries in order to provide a unified and seamless service to our members and patients
- to support other areas of the business when required
- to maintain strict confidentiality, information governance and data protection throughout all aspects of the job role
- working as part of the Administration Team to provide the best possible service to both our members and patients using our services
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role
- friendly and professional, with great interpersonal and communication skills
- good organisational skills, a logical approach and excellent attention to detail
- proven ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- able to work as part of a team but also self-motivated and able to use your own initiative
- have a passion for first-rate client relations and service
- IT literate and confident with spreadsheets and data collection systems
