Responsibility

  • we are looking for a fulltime Lettings negotiator/administrator to join our Property management team
  • communicating with landlords to ensure that their management needs are met at all times
  • ongoing management of tenancies, from application onwards
  • organisation of safety and compliance checks
  • responding to maintenance enquiries and liaising with Landlords and contractors to arrange repairs
  • deal with phone and email enquiries
  • conducting property Inventories, Check-out reports and regular inspections
  • updating our website, social media accounts and uploading properties to property portals

Requirements

  • experience in Lettings/property management
  • full UK driving licence
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • candidate must be self-motivated and extremely organised
  • ability to work under pressure and resolve complaints
