Responsibility

  • key management including booking keys in and out, and tagging them up and creating and maintaining key records on our CRM
  • providing accurate information and updates to clients

  • experience using Fixflo is advantageous
  • excellent knowledge of all lettings compliance and legislation
  • 3 years of Lettings experience
  • high level of maintenance and contractor knowledge
  • 2 years of Property Management experience
  • quality customer service skills and a customer focused attitude
  • level 3 ARLA award is desirable
  • genuine interest in property and people
