Responsibility

- conducting virtual and in person right to rent checks
- processing tenancy applications and checking tenant referencing for new and existing tenancies
- key management including booking keys in and out, and tagging them up and creating and maintaining key records on our CRM
- providing accurate information and updates to clients
Requirements
