Responsibility

  • learn the menu and prepare food in a timely manner
  • ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and stored correctly
  • maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • monitor food inventory and keep a list of what we run out of
  • preparation of salads, soups and vegetables etc. prior to service
  • assembling dishes as ordered by customers and to the specification of the menu
  • communicate with other staff and customers regarding menu items, and have a positive, fun and kind manner
  • ensuring strict hygiene requirements are adhered to

Requirements

  • cooking: 3 years
  • kitchen experience: 3 years
