Requirements
- qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy , Level 4 is highly desirable
- A minimum of 2 years experience within either an Aesthetics, Day Spa, Salon or medical environment
- A minimum of 2 years experience within either an Aesthetics, Day Spa, Beauty Counter or Salon environment
- team player, with a positive can do attitude
- you'll be passionate about giving great customer service, every time, no matter what

- experience of working to sales targets and be happy to get involved with promotional activity

Responsibility
- making sure all patient information is correct
- handle enquiries and general queries via email or telephone
- checking stock levels
- managing client and patient records for both GP and skin patients
