  • being able to work under your own initiative and manage your time effectively
  • be a good communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • hold a full UK driving license
  • comfortable using technology to record and compile your reports

  • the position is permanent working Mon – Fri. Any weekend work is paid at an enhanced rate

Responsibility

  • ensuring all your work meets the company standards and is compliant with any industry regulations
  • providing detailed reports on work undertaken, into the online database including labour, materials and any remedial work required
