THE LADZ is looking for employees for positions:

- implement and maintain knowledge of purchasing procedures for food stocks, storage and quality requirements
- chef: 3 years
- cooking: 3 years
- kitchen experience: 1 year
- provide outstanding customer service at all times
- greet and welcome customers to The Ladz, taking orders accurately and ensuring all food is served to the customer’s specification
- handle cash, card, and online payments efficiently and securely
- maintain accurate records, complete relevant paperwork, and assist with daily cash-ins
- ensure both customer areas and back-of-house sections are kept clean and tidy in accordance with health and safety standards
- participate in the cleaning rota and follow hygiene procedures
- support the management team with any other reasonable duties as required
- previous experience in a customer service or cashier role
- good communication and teamwork skills
- friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
