  • the Lace Market Hotel is a 51 bedroom boutique hotel in the centre of Nottingham. We are currently recruiting for a full time receptionist to join our team
  • you will ideally have some experience of working in hospitality in a front facing reception role; but the most important thing is that you have a great personality and a passion for providing amazing service
  • answering any incoming calls and assisting with queries
  • responsing to guest emails and ensuring all reservations are updated in the system as per guest requests
