Responsibility
- working hours will be 37 hours per week including school holiday periods and will attract 23 days paid holiday per year
- training will be provided as required
- in addition, the ability to contribute to small scale decorating, refurbishment and plumbing projects would be advantageous
- we are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Deputy Site Manager to join the school’s busy Site Team to support the Site Manager and day-to-day operational management of the school site
- this role will attract an H6 grade with the opportunity for overtime and extra pay for lunchtime supervisory duties
- reporting to the Site Manager, main duties will include supporting the Site Manager with a range of health, safety and site compliance requirements such as asbestos monitoring, fire safety and legionella checks and monitoring the maintenance of the school minibuses
- in addition, general caretaking duties will be needed involving repairs and maintenance work, porterage, litter picking, key-holding responsibilities and setting up for school assemblies and events
