Responsibility
support your Store Manager to drive sales to achieve targets and KPI’s
assist in the development and training of the store team to increase productivity
support the Store Manager to develop team performance through regular coaching and feedback
regularly assess daily priorities and take appropriate action according to current results
promote a safe working environment for the team and customers
daily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximise sales
implementing visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
assist with store Rota in line with stores trading profile
Requirements
experience in developing and coaching a team
previous supervisory or management experience, ideally in retail
ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief
visual merchandiser
Responsibility
execute the store Visual Merchandising Brief within set time frames and in accordance with the Brand VM principles
ensure adherence to brand guidelines and principles as per promotional briefs for your stores whilst maintaining Brand image and standards
effectively induct and coach Store Team members on VM and housekeeping standards
establish and maintain an effective, accurate and efficient flow of stock from intake, backroom/off site management and store replenishment
assist with Customer Connection and sales transactions where required
actively seek and encourage feedback from Store Manager and VM Team to identify opportunities to ensure brand visual merchandising standards are achieved and sales results are maximised in store
Requirements
have a genuine flair and interest in visual merchandising, with a proven track record
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multi-task and manage work priorities
commercially minded and good analytical skills

follow loss prevention processes to minimize stock loss
assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
