Responsibility
develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the Jewellery Quarter as a destination for business, leisure, and tourism
manage relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, media outlets, and community groups
develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive footfall and sales in the area
monitor and report on the success of communications and marketing activities
work with the wider JQBID team to deliver a range of events and initiatives throughout the year
create and deliver engaging content across all channels, including digital, social media, and print, to raise awareness of JQBID initiatives and events
Education
bachelor's
Requirements
proven experience in communications and marketing, ideally within a BID or similar environment
digital marketing
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
marketing
experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
A passion for the Jewellery Quarter and a strong understanding of its unique offering
flexible and able to work some evenings and weekends where necessary
A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and the ability to develop engaging content across a range of channels
