Responsibility

  • client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their wedding or event vision, preferences, and requirements. Offer guidance and expertise to help them make informed decisions regarding the event
  • planning: Work with clients to plan and design their events, including the planning of the day, menu and catering suppliers and entertainment. Also coordinating with vendors to ensure the smooth execution of all aspects of the event
  • timeline and Logistics: Create a detailed timeline for the event, outlining all activities. Coordinate logistics, such as transportation, parking, and recommendations for accommodation for out-of-town guests
