Responsibility

  • screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
  • weekly stationery and equipment inventories to ensure all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary
  • managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents
  • booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
  • helping company employees with email correspondence
  • providing support to the administration of our educational programmes
  • office cover during staff holidays

Requirements

  • previous administrative experience / customer service
  • polite telephone manner
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • driving licence and access to a car as may be required to work from other venues throughout the UK, i.e., supporting educational events, conferences etc
