Responsibility
- creating a captivating menu, subsequently to then prepare and present these dishes to a high standard whilst also meeting company standards
- to be fully compliant with all company standards, to ensure no cross contamination
- prepare and present all items on the hotel menus for room service, C&E and restaurant
- assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships within the team
- report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues effectively and efficiently
- comply with hotel/company security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
- awareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team
- be environmentally aware
