take responsibility to ensure that all employees are trained to the company standards and legal requirements
full accountability of the allergen procedures
meeting Company’s financial expectations, managing cost control without compromising standards and the customers experience
creating clear and SMART short and long term business plans that maximise sales and performance in line with budgets and forecast and other business metrics
work alongside your Area/ Operations Manager and wider team to build local marketing initiatives
