Responsibility

  • monitoring and maintaining the Company bank accounts, primarily the current account and invoice finance account
  • deal with weekly supplier payments and contracts including purchase and sales invoicing
  • finance agreements to be aligned with the Company Management accounts
  • preparation of Management Accounts
  • preparation of VAT returns
  • bank Reconciliations
  • self-Billing Reconciliations
  • supplier Month End Statement Reconciliations and payments

Requirements

  • qualified accountant
  • experience in a similar role within a service-based business
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • ability to work to tight deadlines
  • experience of Sage 50 and accounting software
  • finance: 2 years
