- we partner with local authorities and other organisations and provide good quality, safe places for people to live
- employee Relations
- ensuring HR related policies and procedures are current and compliant with employment legislation
- supporting with ER cases and HR queries
- liaising with ACAS for early conciliation
- supporting on employment tribunal work where required
- providing advice and guidance to employees and line managers on issues relating to employment issues
