Responsibility

  • we are looking to recruit an evening front of house staff member
  • full in house training will be provided to the successful candidate
  • shifts will include weekends and bank holidays
  • duties will be to undertake all inbound calls, meeting and greeting guests, checking in/out guests, dealing with guest enquiries, bookings and all other associated tasks as required .Your duties will also include running of dinner service and hotel bar
  • you must possess excellent communication skills, be self motivated, have the ability to work under pressure and be presentable for this customer facing role
