Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- £15 per hour with a guarantee of 30 hours per week. Additional hours will often be available
- an ideal candidate would be an existing manager from a hospitality background with a good amount of experience
- we would expect applicants to have experience managing the full service of a late-night bar
- you should also have good experience in managing a team, working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with customer issues effectively
- we are looking for a new duty manager to join us
Requirements
- you should have a friendly yet disciplined approach with exceptional customer service skills
- we are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable individual who has excellent organisation and communication skills
- you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club and the bars, ensuring high standards are met at all times
- you should be well presented and a natural leader who will ensure the team are well trained, motivated and briefed at all times
- bar management: 2 years
- customer service: 2 years
- you should look for opportunities to improve any aspect of the business by seeking feedback and evaluating our service level and develop new techniques and strategies to improve any areas which may be of concern
