  • provide support to patients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans

Requirements

  • previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • proficient in using electronic medical record systems
  • knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
