we are looking for an experienced, creative Head Chef to run the busy kitchen at independent seafood restaurant and rum bar, The Hook & Line, situated within the prestigious, Royal William Yard, Plymouth
this lead role will require you to run the kitchen and ensure delivery of the menu to a professional and consistently high standard
the Hook and Line is an exciting waterfront, seafood restaurant, bar and takeaway, situated in the grade 1 listed, ex naval buildings of Royal William Yard
the specialty is traditional fish and chips, made to our own recipe, along with other fresh fish and shellfish, sustainably caught by our own day boats
