Responsibility
- we are extending our team to include a Field Care Supervisor to help us to continue to grow
- the Homecare People are a local privately owned care provider operating in and around the Wokingham area for nearly 10 years and are proud of our reputation and are passionate about quality care for our clients
- the job is a dual focused role to firstly provide support with implementing new client visits into the scheduling, and to assist with setting up of care plans and resources to give the best possible experience to the client
- secondly this role will allow the right candidate to develop other business care skills learning about scheduling, recruitment, training and on call support to maintain our high standards
