Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to run our small nursing and residential Home
  • the manager must be a qualified general nurse as they will be expected to be the nurse on duty at times
  • all applitions must send a copy of their CV when applying
  • ensure that staff attend all mandatory and refresher training
  • where necessary ensure that all disciplinary and grievance procedures are carried out in line with company policy and statutory requirements
  • ensure that that all policies and procedures related to the running of the Home are adhered to
