Responsibility

  • the role is part-time, 18 hours a week initially, with the intention of developing into a full-time role
  • previous kitchen experience is essential, with an up-to-date Level 2 food hygiene certification. Previous management experience is desirable but not essential
  • we are excited to be re-opening our kitchen here at The Holbrook Club! We are looking for a kitchen supervisor to join our team
  • taking ownership of kitchen stock, ensuring stock control measures are in place and being adhered to. Keeping wastage to a minimum and ensure it is all being recorded accurately
  • ensuring hygiene standards are kept to a high standard
