Requirements
- supervision of employees in the safe and efficient performance of their duties
- arrange and oversee maintenance work on fixed and mobile plant
- operational performance monitoring to ensure quality of products produced meets specification
- undertake site admin tasks, such as timesheets, stock control and staff work schedules
- experience of maintaining a site that is kept clean, tidy and meets health and safety and environmental requirements
- good communication skills
- experience of providing training to team members. An Institution of Occupational Safety and Health or similar qualification, and a telehandler license, would be advantageous
