lettings administrator

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm - 20 hours per week
  • we are a small independent property management company and we are a looking for a great new person to help us in our office at Thorp Arch near Wetherby, with telephone answering, admin, booking viewings, arranging maintenance, logging invoices for payment, etc
  • you must have a great attitude and be comfortable dealing with contractors, clients and tenants; you must be adaptable and able to work on your own initiative, with attention to detail for paperwork, keeping things organised, etc
  • each day will be varied from answering the phone, preparing tenant paperwork, to organising maintenance, to checking rental payments and scheduling viewings, tenant check-ins, etc; as well as advertising properties for rental, scheduling inspections, chasing over-due rents etc

Requirements

  • lettings experience would be great but training provided
