monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm - 20 hours per week
we are a small independent property management company and we are a looking for a great new person to help us in our office at Thorp Arch near Wetherby, with telephone answering, admin, booking viewings, arranging maintenance, logging invoices for payment, etc
you must have a great attitude and be comfortable dealing with contractors, clients and tenants; you must be adaptable and able to work on your own initiative, with attention to detail for paperwork, keeping things organised, etc
each day will be varied from answering the phone, preparing tenant paperwork, to organising maintenance, to checking rental payments and scheduling viewings, tenant check-ins, etc; as well as advertising properties for rental, scheduling inspections, chasing over-due rents etc
Requirements
lettings experience would be great but training provided
