minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy

the passion and confidence to proactively upsell and cross-sell other treatments and products
A passion for medical-grade skincare
at least 2 years of experience within an Aesthetics, Day Spa, or Salon environment
excellent communication skills and a knack for fostering a positive culture
familiarity with daily operational activities such as rotas, recruitment, performance management of an aesthetic clinic
lash treatment experience is a bonus
