- the ideal candidate will be adept in advanced skin treatments such as Skin Peels, Microneedling and possess hands-on experience with advanced medical aesthetics machines

Requirements
- minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
- A warm, attentive manner coupled with exceptional preparation and after-care approach
- the passion and confidence to proactively upsell and cross-sell other treatments and products
- A passion for medical-grade skincare
- at least 2 years of experience within an Aesthetics, Day Spa, or Salon environment
- excellent communication skills and a knack for fostering a positive culture
- familiarity with daily operational activities such as rotas, recruitment, performance management of an aesthetic clinic
- lash treatment experience is a bonus
