Requirements

  • minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • A warm, attentive manner coupled with exceptional preparation and after-care approach
  • the passion and confidence to proactively upsell and cross-sell other treatments and products
  • A passion for medical-grade skincare
  • at least 2 years of experience within an Aesthetics, Day Spa, or Salon environment
  • excellent communication skills and a knack for fostering a positive culture
  • familiarity with daily operational activities such as rotas, recruitment, performance management of an aesthetic clinic
  • lash treatment experience is a bonus

receptionist
