- preferably have experience working in a manufacturing industry and a working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- must be able to communicate effectively with management, employees, customers, vendors, etc
- must have a high degree of accuracy in preparation of financial reports
- must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision or under the direction of management
- must have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and show a high degree of accuracy in preparation of financial reports
- accounting: 2 years
Responsibility
- preparation of monthly management accounts including all control account reconciliations. Posting entries & maintaining balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- update & maintain Fixed Asset Register
- complete inter-company reconciliations regularly to ensure balances agree between companies and divisions
- complete stock valuation following monthly stock take; identify and investigate anomalies
