Appalling behaviour from (deleted by the administrator).
Had highlights of which were done beautifully by (deleted by the administrator). Tge problem was that too much brown was put in and tge ash colour made me look grey and dowdy.
Went back for them to rectify..(deleted by the administrator) decided a orange toner would sort it..indeed not.
I am now £130 later sporting a dark and orange look of which I just wanted again highlights, ie:- blonde tones.
(deleted by the administrator) would not re-correct it and I am 2 weeks later having to post this with regret. I don not like posting negativity, but please be aware of this establishment.
All was needed was for (deleted by the administrator) to admit the colour was not achieved and again I’ve ended up with darker hair with a not soo appealing orange streaks
Went back for them to rectify, but ended up with orange/brown as I have stated. Went back to show them and that said person was rude/cocky and refused to acknowledge the very obvious mistake..damn right appalling
Sorry you lost more than 100£.. Maybe try to report it somewhere?
