Responsibility

  • hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist at our Fakenham site
  • this is a 12 month maternity cover
  • the purpose of the role is to provide HR guidance and support to all functions within the Fakenham site
  • fakenham is our dedicated Meat Free facility, producing vegetarian products for The Unbelievable ALT. brand and under license for Linda McCartney Foods
  • the role must ensure a seamless and efficient HR service to these functions, supported through the Head of HR, central HR Support, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Payroll expertise within the team
  • the HR Generalist will be the sites prime point of contact who will work with functional leads/managers across the business to ensure that legislation and ‘best practice’ is adhered to
