THE GYM GROUP MIDCO1 is looking for employees for positions:
- month end processing of financials for key business functions
- balance sheet reconciliations for the relevant accounts
- preparation of key month end activities for key business functions
- working with the business to ensure control over timely receipt of invoices
- identifying reporting efficiencies and improvements
- building relationships with key stakeholders to support understanding of actuals vs budget
- other responsibilities
- providing support for ad-hoc projects as required
- personally conduct member inductions, to ensure that members are able to use the facilities in a safe manner
- clean and maintain all gym equipment recording all defects on the online system to notify relevant engineers
- conduct weekly club safety checks and record all defects that you are not able to rectify, in the maintenance log and call out the relevant engineers
- effectively communicate through correct reporting lines, GM-RM, RM-Group General Manager
- resolving member queries utilising live chat, tickets and social media, data protection as well as formalised complaint routes
- deliver excellent customer experience in line with the operational member service plan
- deliver customer service that puts the member at the forefront, but always keeps the business interests in mind
- managing the Quality Assurance process and ensuring the executives responses are of the highest quality
- enthusiastically engage with members and prospective members online
- escalate issues to management proactively
- engage in support the Team Leaders with ways to improve systems, processes & efficiencies
- support the operations team with requests, member support and additional support where required
- there may be an opportunity for you to also support the people team with some administrative duties from time to time
- provide regular & various QA test metrics during the test phases
