- delivering premium hospitality, ensuring that all members’ expectations are met through an exceptional customer service experience

- proactively plan ahead and prepare for upcoming events or obstacles
- be immaculate in presentation as the role includes communication with clients, members and staff on a daily basis
- passionate, forward thinking and have the ability to manage time effectively
- upholding the Club’s high standards
- interacting and building relationships with our members
- ensuring the F&B service runs smoothly and optimising capacity
Requirements
- have at least 3-5 years’ experience working as Restaurant Assistant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor/Head Waiter
- must have an outgoing, confident and bubbly personality
- be smart and well presented at all times
- must have a good understanding on delivering exceptional customer service
- must have the ability to maintain professional self-control when dealing with uncommon and challenging circumstances
- you must have exceptional communication skills
- you should be focussed on delivering excellent customer service to our employees and our members
- you must have the ability to interact successfully at several social levels and across diverse values
