Responsibility

  • the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa are looking for a Head Kitchen Porter / Storeman to join our kitchen team. This role will primarily involve working 7am-4pm, 5 of 7 days a week but may require flexibility to meet the businesses demand

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role in a similar environment
  • excellent organisational, supervisory and motivational skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise needs
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of HACCP and COSSH
  • innovative way of working
  • self motivated with ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to details
