- taking a proactive role in the development of our Social Enterprise Community Café, playing a part in the team approach for the development of new and innovative approaches, activities and events
- lone working
- we are looking for someone who is passionate about food and can be flexible to support the training of adults with a learning disability
- able to do this safely, enabling and supporting others to do likewise
- to creatively devise, prepare, cook and appropriately present a variety of food & meals and buffets for consumption by the public and special functions as required
- work to an agreed budget: devising menus, ordering food and stock, keeping detailed records & accounts, stock control
- to ensure routine day to day as well as specialised cleaning of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, kitchen floors and storage areas, as directed by the Manager
