Education

  • diploma of Higher Education

Responsibility

  • to take the lead in the promotion and management venue hire activities, proactively seeking out new revenue and clients, while maximising existing opportunities and relationships
  • 2.2 Work co-operatively with colleagues, including providing cover during absence as may be requested by your Line Manager or other colleague as delegated
  • conduct site visits, ensuring all opportunities to upsell are capitalised and requirements are met for both parties
  • work with clients and internal departments to negotiate and agree a Schedule of activities, special terms, etc
  • take responsibility for organising and/or delivering event management across the organisation
  • liaise with Site tenants and Operations Team, providing such information so as to agree on a schedule of activities
  • ensure that the Foundation’s health and safety requirements and other specific site consideration are brought to the attention of clients
  • monitor staff performance and development, set objectives, and conduct annual appraisals
