senior marketing executive
Responsibility
- develop strategic partnerships with new clients and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, and ensure they are meeting our revenue targets
- to work with internal and external stakeholders to market our travel trade offer, including packages
- working with colleagues, plan and execute travel trade marketing and sales campaigns

- organise and attend meetings, events, conferences and events to promote the organisation
- follow up on sales leads, manage group enquiries and build itineraries, pro-actively look to maximise these with up-selling options
- assist with the copywriting and creation of travel trade marketing materials such as flyers, display materials and website copy
- update directories and third-party information, write content and prepare imagery as appropriate
- compile regular stats and reports relating to travel trade sales and income, pro-actively looking for ways to improve on these where appropriate
- to build relationships with trade and tourism organisations including AGTO, CTA
- UKInbound, Visit London, Visit England, Tourism South East and Visit Greenwich, ensuring we are maximising all our opportunities with these
- to be the main point of contact for our external travel trade agency and ensure the partnership is delivering excellent results and is on target
- support the Marketing Manager with any additional duties as appropriate
- manage own admin in relation to the role, such as contracts and pricing administration
- 2.2 Work co-operatively with colleagues, including providing cover during absence as may be requested by your Line Manager or other colleague as delegated
- 2.3 Actively participate as a manager and an employee of the Foundation including being available for staff and other meetings as required
- ensure all our offers and relevant marketing content/materials are shared and used by all our partners and that the site becomes well known as a destination to the groups and travel trade market
