I think they pick and choose who they give counselling to. Not run in a professional way - not a good introduction and not enough relevant guidance given and irrelevant guidance given in lieu. Gave my scheduled appointment to someone else when I was in a very low place. Am now looking for a BACP counsellor. Lack of information about the counsellors' backgrounds. They have Director's business cards but what is their experience?
