THE GRAPEVINE RYE CLUB is looking for employees for positions:
- manage day-to-day operations of the bar/restaurant, including overseeing food/drink preparation, service, and customer experience
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards
- develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- train and mentor team members in culinary skills, bartending techniques, and customer service
- build positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience
- proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- strong knowledge of culinary practices, kitchen/bar operations, and food/drink service management
- excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers
- demonstrated ability to lead a team towards achieving business goals
- proficiency in managing budgets, and implementing cost-effective measures
- supervising experience: 1 year
