  • the Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity that has been working with people with learning disabilities since 1898, across Sussex
  • we have weekday, weekend and evening/sleep in shifts available
  • you will need to have good communication skills and just enjoy spending time with people
  • we are looking for people who are patient, compassionate, understanding and able to use their own initiative
  • our mission is to be led by people with learning disabilities in the delivery of high-quality housing, support, employment, and activities in their local communities
  • we are looking to recruit a team of flexible support workers to provide cover support for annual leave, sickness and training to some of our already established support services in Brighton and Hove
  • your role will be to support people with learning disabilities and autism with day to day tasks in either our supported living houses or out in in the community
