Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or bar setting, is preferred but not required
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and work effectively within a team
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including coffee-making and bartending techniques
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- positive attitude and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
