- motivating a team of assistants on the floor, leading by example and providing ongoing training and development
- they will work one daytime each week to support the F&B Manager on rota management, stock control, and maintenance

- responsible for the smooth nightly operations of The Glitch; managing the efficient running of the bar and it’s staff, coordinating the FOH for performances in the Spacement and/or supporting hirers of The Glitch Main Bar in the delivery of their event
- making fast, delicious and high quality drinks, coffee and simple food

- we’re looking for an experienced, dynamic and friendly Duty Manager to lead the Glitch team on shift, floor-manage in-house events and hires, and support the F&B Manager with the running of The Glitch Bar, Café, and events
- line cleaning of the draught system
- the Duty Manager will mostly work evenings on the floor to ensure the smooth and successful running of evening bar and event operations
- rota management, organising shift cover and stock control
- facilitating the delivery of regular events and being the on-site point of contact for space hirers and artists in the delivery of their events
- working towards set budgets, achieving GP percentages, minimising wastage and achieving daily and weekly sales targets

Requirements
- at least 1 years’ experience as a Bar Supervisor / Assistant Bar Manager
- food Safety and Hygiene for Catering
- strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers

- first Aid At Work Qualified
