  • we have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager - Asset Lifecycle to join our Estates & Workplace team
  • build strong working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
  • deliver a 'one company' approach to facilities management
  • supporting the delivery of Continuous Improvement across the facilities network
  • the Facilities Manager - Asset Lifecycle, is committed to the pursuit of the highest possible standards & services across all core organisational buildings and locations
  • establish a suite of KPIs to proactively drive improvement in key areas
  • our ambition is to ensure our physical assets are maintained to the highest possible standard, ensuring we have a robust plan for each site to manage their lifecycle from build/acquisition through to development and divest

Requirements

  • expertise in Facilities Management
  • proven Project Management experience
  • commercially aware
  • strong negotiation skills
  • knowledge of legal and mandatory requirements
  • people Manager and/or recognised Management training
  • control & reporting of financial management
