- we have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager - Asset Lifecycle to join our Estates & Workplace team
- build strong working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- deliver a 'one company' approach to facilities management
- supporting the delivery of Continuous Improvement across the facilities network
- the Facilities Manager - Asset Lifecycle, is committed to the pursuit of the highest possible standards & services across all core organisational buildings and locations
- establish a suite of KPIs to proactively drive improvement in key areas
- our ambition is to ensure our physical assets are maintained to the highest possible standard, ensuring we have a robust plan for each site to manage their lifecycle from build/acquisition through to development and divest
Requirements
- expertise in Facilities Management
- proven Project Management experience
- commercially aware
- strong negotiation skills
- knowledge of legal and mandatory requirements
- people Manager and/or recognised Management training
- control & reporting of financial management
