build strong working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
deliver a 'one company' approach to facilities management
supporting the delivery of Continuous Improvement across the facilities network
the Facilities Manager - Asset Lifecycle, is committed to the pursuit of the highest possible standards & services across all core organisational buildings and locations
establish a suite of KPIs to proactively drive improvement in key areas
our ambition is to ensure our physical assets are maintained to the highest possible standard, ensuring we have a robust plan for each site to manage their lifecycle from build/acquisition through to development and divest
Requirements
expertise in Facilities Management
proven Project Management experience
commercially aware
strong negotiation skills
knowledge of legal and mandatory requirements
people Manager and/or recognised Management training
control & reporting of financial management
