- we believe that it is best that we secure the key member of staff to drive the project forward
- the Hut Café is looking for an experienced coffee shop manager, to assist the owners in the day to day running of a newly opened Coffee Shop on The Ise Lode, Kettering
- the Hut café is a new venture from experienced and established business owners from Kettering, who have invested in to the Ise Lodge to offer residents a welcoming coffee shop for all ages
- the successful applicant will work closely with the owners with the day-to-day tasks, which include staff management, recruitment, menu ideas, purchasing, and all manner of exciting decisions needed to run a growing Coffee Shop
- as this role is in a reasonably new venture, we welcome all applicants with the relevant experience, to meet with us to discuss the position in more detail
