  • capable of producing fresh "home cooked" food in keeping with the surroundings and previously established menu
  • A willingness to follow already established processes & procedures in a timely & efficient manner
  • ensuring specifications are met to ensure all products are consistent and produced to the highest standards of food safety
  • the job will be predominantly evenings with lunchtime cover also needed during busy periods
