Responsibility
- we are looking for a professional Junior Sous Chef to strengthen the team and support the Head Chef
- we are searching for a passionate individual who can confidently support the kitchen team and run their own section
- you will work with the senior chefs to ensure consistently high standards are met
- there is a brigade of 6 chefs in the kitchen preparing a variety of menus and everything except the ice cream is made in house using fresh produce, which is all locally sourced wherever possible
- as Junior Sous you will also be involved in all aspects of running the kitchen contributing ideas for the menus, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are adhered to

- the ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a similar environment, love working with fresh, seasonal produce and thoroughly enjoy their work as a Chef
