Responsibility

  • managing stock levels through the stock system
  • motivating the team of bar staff to ensure we are providing a high level of customer service
  • reporting to the Operations Manager
  • general bar staff duties including cocktail making, advising customers on types of drinks, changing barrels , and understanding types of wines available
  • you will be responsible for general bar staff duties along with cocktail making experience, stock control, engaging with customers, managing deliveries, and ensuring all teams are working in synergy
