infrastructure engineer
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data and voice infrastructure
- plan, advise and contribute to Infrastructure systems with IaC and automation
- manage IT technical projects from initiation through to transition to live operations and post-live support
- undertake engineering work as required by Projects, Project managers and ITT Cloud Platform Manager
- provide enhanced expert technical advice to all members of the Cloud Platform team and ITT Cloud Platform Manager when required to assist them with all technical issues they may come across
- take an active role in hands-on on-prem and Cloud Platform development and engineering across all existing and new ITT systems, services and Platforms
Requirements
- experience of creating and implementing technical design and builds covering IT maintenance, monitoring and support
- knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop
- experience of Microsoft Intune
- knowledge of SQL Server Administration
- knowledge of Infrastructure as Code methods
- experience in supporting all elements of a complex infrastructure and Azure Cloud Platform
- knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts
- exposure to supporting finance packages and contact management systems
