Working hours

Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will report to the Home Manager and the Company Directors on Clinical Matters
  • as Clinical Lead, you will manage all clinical aspects of the business, from medications management to resident referrals
  • registered Nurse Manager/Clinical Lead required to work within elderly nursing home environment. The Nursing Home is a 43 bed home near Caistor
  • the role will include a minimum of 12 hours per week working as a Nurse
  • successful candidates will have an excellent range of clinical skills and knowledge in areas such as Catheterisation, Infection Control, Tissue Viability and Care Planning
  • salary negotiable on flexibility to cover day shifts, night shifts, holiday and sickness cover
  • the Clinical Lead role will also include managing the Nursing Team and being flexible to cover shifts due to annual leave and sickness
  • successful candidates will have experience managing a team of people and have a good knowledge of the expectations of external auditors such as CQC and Lincolnshire County Council

Requirements

  • nursing: 5 years
