Responsibility
- meet product deadlines in an efficient manner
- refill machines according to product specification
- follow required procedures, work instructions and specifications
- identify machine faults and common product faults & rectify to maintain product quality
- review any machine breakdowns and carry out remedial actions to re-start production
- report any machine breakdowns outside of the Scope of the Manufacturing Technician to the Operator Setter/Maintenance department
- assist The Maintenance Department where practical
- change and identify work produced on the machines
Requirements
- dexterity with small components
- accuracy and attention to detail
- mechanical aptitude beneficial
- good time management and ability to work unsupervised
- good communication skills
- team player
- flexible with enthusiasm to learn
- IT literate is beneficial
